Let It Snow

With a good chance of snow or ice accumulation over the next few days I'm sure all kids will be hoping for a snow day tomorrow.  Hope all can have a few good days of fun winter activities, while also being respectful of the course.  Please enjoy your family sledding outings on the Driving Range.  Traffic on greens and in bunkers on the course can cause more damage than realized.  Go Panthers.

Tee Amenities

Installation of new tee amenity areas has begun.  Nine locations were set and poured last week, with the remaing nine scheduled for this week. Upon completion, there will be new hole signage and ball washer stations approaching each hole.  The surrounding stamped concrete platforms will display a more natural earth tone look once pressure washed.  These areas will compliment the range amenities and directional signage that were put in place during the fall.  All will add a fresh, crisp look to the presentation of the course for years to come.

Winter Has Arrived

With the frigid temperatures arriving over this past week, many courses in the area with Bermuda greens have been covered and remained closed for several days.  We have had lengthy frost delays over the past couple mornings, but have still opened up the course in time to get 18 holes in before dark.  Please check in with the golf shop on upcoming frosty mornings for possible delayed starting times.  Bundle up and enjoy the course this winter.
